Since 2014 when the programme was implemented, the company has donated 60 cents to charity for every new outsourced wage.
Seresco, a Spanish company specialising in digital transformation and payroll outsourcing, will donate €4,984 to social causes as part of its ‘Charity Payroll’ project. This initiative was implemented in 2014 and involves donating €0.60 for every new outsourced wage managed through Seresco's outsourcing platform during the previous tax year. In 2017, more than 8,000 payments were managed through the platform, resulting in an increase of 14% compared to the previous year. Currently, the company manages the payrolls of more than 1,000 different companies, with a total of more than 2.5 million wages.
"We strive every year to do things better and to keep growing. This provides a double dose of satisfaction: on the one hand, we meet our company goals, and on the other, this kind of programme allows both us and our clients to support charity initiatives", says Manuel Busto, CEO of Seresco.
This year, the money raised will be split equally and donated to the associations Intermon, Sauce and Re-Food (located in Portugal). Since 2014, Seresco's ‘Charity Payroll’ project has made donations of almost €15,000, thanks to the incorporation of 4,219 new wages during the first year, 4,712 in 2015 and 7,152 in 2016, maintaining a steady growth allowing the Asturian company to intensify its social commitment with every client who decides to take up its services.
