Corporate social responsibility
Corporate social responsibility, beyond strict compliance with legal obligations in force, has led Seresco to the voluntary integration into the company's leadership and management, into its strategy, policies and procedures, of its social, employment and environmental concerns, and of its concern for respect for human rights, which arises from the transparent relationship and dialogue with its interest groups; in this manner it takes responsibility for the consequences and impact of its actions.
The global compact
Seresco has joined the United Nations Global Compact.
Companies, trade and investment are essential pillars for peace and prosperity. But in many areas, companies are linked to serious dilemmas, such as exploitation, corruption, inequality and other barriers that discourage innovation and entrepreneurship. Responsible business actions build up trust and social capital, while contributing to development and sustainable markets.
Payrolls for charity
The project Payrolls for Charity (Nóminas Solidarias), in which Seresco makes an annual donation as a function of its growth, offers clients the option of channelling their donation to charity through the outsourcing of their payroll.
Underway since 2014, Seresco's Payroll for Charity project is focused directly on its clients. For every new payroll slip managed, the company has made a donation of 60 cents, which in 2015 amounts to a large sum given in equal parts to different charitable projects of the ONGs Oxfam Intermón and S.A.U.C.E..
Through this project, Seresco makes a social commitment every time that a client decides to outsource its payroll slips.
