Seresco is a member of itSMF Spain, the only recognized independent international organization dedicated to IT service management, which exerts great influence on the development and promotion of a standardized code of best global practices in this area, and works with a wide range of government agencies. Seresco follows a consistent policy for certification of staff in ITIL methodologies for computer service management.

The following are the main policies implemented at Seresco. 

1. Quality Policy
Since its founding, Seresco has pursued to establish itself as a leader in software design and development, training and provision of top quality computer services, by providing industrial and business management solutions and computer applications as well as technical services associated with training, counseling, installation, maintenance, to help clients reach or go beyond their professional goals. Through its Management System, based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 Standard, the management of Seresco makes a firm commitment to meet the requirements that apply to products, customers, society, industry and Administration (including legal and regulatory requirements), and to improve their effectiveness on an ongoing and planned way.

2. Environmental Policy
Seresco expresses its commitment to environmental protection and undertakes to facilitate and encourage all those working for the Organization or on its behalf to do so while reconciling the demands of its activities with the utmost respect for the environment. To this end, it has developed, documented, implemented and kept up-to-date, this Management System which covers the requirements of UNE-EN ISO 14001:2004 Standard, which is applicable to engineering and software development, training design and development, mapping , land registers, digitization and creation of databases.

3. Occupational risk prevention Policy
Seresco regards ensuring suitable occupational health and safety conditions as one of its basic principles and one of its key objectives, particularly through the elimination of occupational hazards and strict compliance with current regulations. To do this, we assume the obligations under Law 31/1995 of November 8, on Prevention of Occupational Risks and its implementing regulations and considers them as the minimum level of performance in this regard. This commitment to preventive management and the responsibilities arising from it affects all groups and levels that make up the company. Only through the acceptance of this policy, and respect to and compliance with rules and procedures by all of them, and for all the activities performed, will we be able to accomplish this objective.

4. Gender Equality Policy
The management of Seresco is committed to establish and develop policies that integrate equality of opportunity and treatment between women and men, with no direct or indirect discrimination on grounds of gender, and encourage the promotion of measures to achieve real equality in our organization. To do this, in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2007 of 22 March on effective equality between women and men, an Equality Scheme has been developed that sets forth specific objectives to be achieved, strategies and practices to be adopted to their achievement.

5. Security Policy
Seresco has taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access, in compliance with Law 15/1999 of December 13, 1999 on Protection of Personal Data, as well as Royal Decree 1720/2007, which approves the Regulation developing Organic Law 15/1999 and other applicable law. The Security Document which constitutes Seresco security regulations is mandatory for all staff with access to personal data and information systems that support it. It is therefore intended for all areas, divisions, departments, services and any other units of Seresco both for managers and other employees and also for institutions and professionals engaged in other forms as specified in their contracts accordingly.
