Cadastral Management
Seresco maintains an important level of activity throughout Spain regarding the cadastre. Currently, Seresco is one of the most important companies supplying services to the Directorate General of the Cadastre at national level.
It started working in the cadastre area in 1985, performing the computerisation of alphanumeric data of the rural cadastre for many Territorial Administrations in Spain. From that moment onwards and up until this day, Seresco has been providing a complete service to the needs of both the Territorial Administrations and directly to the Directorate General of the Cadastre, at present developing urban cadastre review and update projects, management services (processing of files 901, 903, 902, 905, resources...), customer care work, market studies, personnel provision, cartography digitalisation and cartography production.
